Campus Crusade for Christ International (CCCI, Agape in Europe, Cru in the USA) has partnered with the Global Leadership Summit for several years. In 2023, this collaboration was formalized to bring world-class leadership content and platforms for evangelism and discipleship to staff and leaders across the globe.

Our Ministry Leaders
Ulf Osterlund
Regional Director: Europe
Ulf Osterlund believes that communication is meant to create clarity in what we do and what we aim for, whether it’s leadership principles, the gospel or how we come across relationally. During and after seminary he was involved in the arts, followed by a number of years in the marketplace, mainly in sales. Later, Ulf joined one of the Baptist denominations, first as Head of Communication and later as Producer/Event Manager for larger events. Parallel to this, he was part of a church plant very much influenced by the seeker sensitive church services that emerged in the 90’s. At the beginning of 2001 he produced GLN events in Scandinavia, and since 2007 he has been the Regional Director for Europe (except Germany and the UK).
Nolan Sharp
Agape CRU Croatia
Nolan Sharp coordinates LeaderImpact as a part of Agape Croatia. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford and worked as a chip designer for Hewlett-Packard. In 2001, he moved to his wife’s homeland to found what became a part of LeaderImpact. He also coordinates the Global Leadership Summit in Croatia. He has a master’s degree in theology and coordinates theological development for Agape Europe.
Evi Rodemann
GLS NextGen point person
Evi Rodemann, Germany, serves as the GLN Next Gen Regional Lead Europe. She is a theologian and event manager while investing into a young generation across Europe. Evi authored a book on “failing well“ in German. Next to her passions, she is working on her PhD on event impact.
