Introduction
The flagship experience of the GLN, is The Global Leadership Summit (GLS). The annual GLS season starts with the US Main Summit taking place in early August every year, and then in the subsequent 18 months gets distributed across the world, to hundreds of thousands of attendees in almost 130 countries and translated into over 55 languages. As such, the International GLS aims to contextualise the content to their unique environments and needs, and gets programmed into Premier and Business experiences, amongst others. Globally, these experiences are also customised to a younger audience, comprising mainly pupils and students, through the Next Gen initiative; and to support women leaders, through the recently founded Women Leaders Network.

Extensions of the Summit
International Premier Summits
The GLS Premier experience is the signature means by which the Summit is presented across the globe. In the eighteen months following the US Main Summit in August every year, the Summit gets translated into over 55 languages and distributed to almost 130 countries. Each country selects from the Summit faculty the most relevant talks that would apply to the leaders in their cities and communities. The program includes process times and discussion opportunities led by local facilitators to aid in contextualizing insights locally. The Global Leadership Summit (Premier) is crafted for integrity-infused, change-driven, growth-minded, and hope-filled leaders like you.
International Business Summits
Focussed on the marketplace, GLS Business offers a unique experience for Christian leaders who find themselves beyond the walls of the church and ministering in their place of work. Packaged as a Summit for Business leaders, or a product business leaders can take to their companies, this dual approach is fast gaining traction and becoming the go-to for women and men. With years of business content from the Global Leadership Summit, there is a vast and rich resource of life-changing, world-class teaching. Add that to an interactive, round-table experience, and you have the model for true transformational leadership development.

Next Gen
GLS Next Gen is a transformational leadership experience designed to awaken students’ leadership, faith, and life journey. These leadership resources will activate young leaders to be a Force for Good in their community! The GLN has invested time and finance into Summits focussed on the next generation of leaders, with almost 50 countries worldwide now established. Led by an incredibly capable team who champions local country leaders, the GLS Next Gen movement is fast becoming a key focus for many nations. Reaching just over 27,000 youth in 2022, we see this as being a significant part of the future in building transformational leaders.
Women Leaders Network
The Global Leadership Network is responding to the global need to create opportunities for women leaders to gather, hear the voice of God, grow together and spur one another on in leadership. It should be no surprise that there are many regions of the world where women are not encouraged, or even allowed, to use their leadership gifts. Developing local cohorts in every region of the world, the GLN is encouraging women to step into significant areas of leadership, and be used in a greater way for God’s purposes – in His timing.
