What needs
to be considered?

Licenses to host GLS.x experiences are issued for three months, and an agreement to comply with the framework and guidelines provided is required.

The GLS.x experience is crafted with audiences between 10 and 80 in mind, with an upper threshold of around 150 people, which cannot be exceeded.

As the sessions are streamed from the GLS.now platform, a reliable and consistent internet connection is required to stream the sessions. ‘Download to your device’ options are only available on the native GLS.now mobile or tablet applications.

The size of your audience affects the screen, audio and logistical requirements. For example, a large LED television might work for groups of 10, but a greater demand is placed on the visual and audio experience as the audience becomes larger.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is GLS.x?

GLS.x is pre-recorded sessions that contain faculty talks, programming and other resources to enable you as a host to present a GLS-like gathering in your setting. These can be presented in a single day, or over several weeks within a three-month period.

Are discounts available to NGOs or churches?

Our dream is to inspire and equip leaders to bring about positive change. We consider each request prayerfully and strategically. Reach out to us and tell us more about your context or situation, how you intend to use it, and your motivation for the request. Reach out to glsx@globalleadership.org.

My internet connection isn't great. Can I download the files to my computer to play from there?

The videos on GLS.now are for streaming only and cannot be downloaded on a computer. However, download-to-device options are available on the GLS.now mobile or tablet applications, along with screen-sharing capabilities. Therefore, the GLS.now mobile applications allow users to download videos on a phone or tablet to watch offline. These downloads ‘expire’ after three weeks. At this point, the downloads should be removed and redownloaded to continue to watch offline.
