How can I purchase access to GLS.now?
You can purchase access via your web browser or through your local GLN representative. Visit network.glni.org to find yours. In-app purchases on mobile or Smart TV are not currently supported.
How do I activate my GLS.now code?
On glsnow.com, go to the ‘My Account’ page under your profile (https://www.glsnow.com/en/my-account), insert your code in the ‘Redeem Voucher’ field, and click ‘Redeem’. Your code will be automatically activated if you make a direct purchase on this website.
On which devices can I use GLS.now?
GLS.now works on your browser, iOS and Android apps, Airplay and Chromecast and native Smart TV apps for newer Samsung and LG TVs.
Does GLS.now include all Global Leadership Summit talks?
You get access to the full available library. Some content may expire due to speaker agreements or copyright terms. This is clearly noted on each talk’s page.
What is included in GLS.now?
Talks usually have supporting elements such as process tools, summary illustrations, or discussion questions. The materials are available to registered users only and may not be posted on social media or distributed. Grander Vision stories and some creative elements are also included if rights permit.

Can I download the GLS.now videos on my computer?
The videos on GLS.now are for streaming only and cannot be downloaded on a computer. However, the GLS.now mobile applications allow users to download videos on a phone or tablet to watch offline. These downloads ‘expire’ after three weeks. At this point, the downloads should be removed, and redownloaded to watch offline.
Does GLS.now have a free trial?
Unfortunately, GLS.now does not offer a free trial. However, there is some bonus content available to registered users without purchase.
Are all videos and resources available in every language?
Most videos offer subtitles and voiceovers in multiple languages, but not all content is available in every supported language. Some Smart TV apps may also limit voiceover options. If your preferred voiceover isn’t visible on TV, open the video in your browser first. This sets your language preference, which will then be remembered for all future videos.
Can I share my access code with other people?
Your GLS.now access code is unique to you and associated with your profile. It is not meant to be shared. Additional guests should purchase codes separately.
