The Power of Diverse Teams
Done right, diverse teams lead to tangible, real-world positive outcomes. But it’s not easy. Unfortunately, we cannot simply snap our fingers as leaders and achieve those outcomes. And there are lots of opportunities for missteps and mistakes. Here’s the good news. There are specific things that leaders can do that can help unlock the power of diversity. This module is all about helping you get started. Dr. Krish Kandiah, Jason Dorsey, and Carly Fiorina give us practical ways to move forward so we
Sharing the Leadership Load
Leaders can sometimes experience a special kind of loneliness. The stress of dealing with personnel issues and the pressure to constantly innovate in the face of changing contexts can often lead to feelings, isolation, and separation. But they don’t have to. In this episode, Liz Bohannan, Doctor Henry Cloud and Rory Vaden will provide insight on how to share the leadership load during times of stress and the increased demands of time and attention so that we can show up for our teams as well as for ourselves, our friends and our families.
Leveraging Curiosity to Drive Leadership Growth
Whether you are just starting out as a leader or if you’ve been in the game for a while, a commitment to ongoing growth and development is essential for you to be the best you can be for yourself and for your team. But have you ever wondered what it takes to continue growing through your leadership journey? How do you keep from getting stuck in your development? If you’ve ever wondered that, then this month’s training module is just for you. We’re going to be learning how curiosity drives leadership growth. This month’s stellar faculty Liz Bohannon, Jason Jaggard, Craig Groeschel and Dan Owolabi are going to show us how when we get curious about our work, our lives, our people, then the opportunities for growth just seem to naturally appear.
Leveling Up Your Leadership
Someone once said, if you’re not moving forward, you’re moving backward. There is no neutral. That can definitely be true in leadership. If we’re not consciously trying to level up our leadership and get better, we are actually at risk of losing ground in our effectiveness. In this month’s training module, we are listening to summit faculty members Juliet Funt, Jo Saxton, Craig Groeschel and Ryan Leak unpack some different ways that we can raise our leadership to new levels
